Problem 1:

Hey Jess, in this case you are healthy, but you dont have a good diet. You should star eating fruit a vegetables and stop eating jung food.

He Katie, in this case you should keep on diet and start doing exercise at gym. In some weeks you will be more healthy and good weith.

Problem 3:


Hey Aline, in this case you have extra weight, so you should do extra exercise all the weekend, you should have a extra healthy diet and you shoul stop eating junk food or eating more you need.
